What is the color fastness of your fabrics?

Color fastness varies by process: Digital printing achieves the best results at Grade 4-5. Standard dyeing and rotary screen printing (disperse dye) achieve Grade 3-4. Pigment printing has the lowest fastness at Grade 2+. We recommend digital printing for applications requiring the highest color fastness.

What printing techniques do you use?

We offer digital printing (no MOQ, Grade 4-5 color fastness - best) and rotary screen printing with disperse dyes (5,000m MOQ, Grade 3-4 color fastness). Digital printing is ideal for complex designs and small runs with 3-5 day sampling. Rotary printing is more cost-effective for large production runs.

Can you customize fabrics to our specifications?

Absolutely. We offer custom development services including specific colors, patterns, weights (55-120 g/m² for grey fabric), widths (160-330cm), and functional treatments. Our R&D team can work with your design files or develop new patterns based on your requirements.

Do you provide quality inspection reports?

Yes, every shipment includes a detailed quality inspection report covering weight, width, color fastness, tensile strength, and other relevant specifications. Third-party inspection can also be arranged upon request.
