Do you weave velvet fabric?

We do not weave velvet—it is a cut-pile construction needing pile looms and a cutting line, while our operation is flat-woven polyester on waterjet looms. Most buyers who ask for velvet in home textiles want a soft hand with visual depth for upholstery, curtains, or cushions.

The standard polyester answer is peachskin: sanded microfiber with a velvety hand and our bestselling bedding program from 5,000 meters per color. Where the brief is surface depth rather than pile, embossed texture pressed with heated rollers is the alternative. Approve hand, GSM, and width on a sample and we will quote the matching route.
