We specialize exclusively in 100% polyester home textile fabrics, with our production centered on greige fabric that serves as the foundation for all our finished products. Our greige fabric is available in widths from 160cm to 330cm and weights from 55 to 120 GSM, giving you flexibility to match your specific application requirements.
From this base, we offer several finishing paths. Our peachskin fabric undergoes a specialized sanding process that creates a soft, brushed surface with a luxurious hand feel—one of the most popular choices for affordable bedding. Bleached white fabric provides a clean, neutral base for customers who need further processing or prefer a crisp white finish.
For customers focused on sustainability, we produce GRS-certified regenerated polyester made from recycled PET bottles. This eco-friendly option meets the growing demand for sustainable textiles without compromising on quality or performance.
Our specialty finishes include embossed geometric patterns that create lasting 3D textured surfaces, stain-resistant treatments that repel water, oil, and common household stains, and both digital and rotary printing for vibrant designs with excellent color fastness. On the loom we can specify dual-jet—two wefts in each pick, usually a loftier cloth, sometimes a two-tone face—or yarn-dye the yarns before weaving for coloured stripes and checks. Those two are constructions on a program, not separate catalogue items. Satin stripe—satin-float bands on a plain ground, usually the same colour so the stripe reads as sheen—is in production as a catalogue cloth, not only as a loom note. We also make blackout cloth for windows that need to block light.
Finished fabric specifications range from 150cm to 315cm in width and 60 to 280 GSM in weight, depending on the treatment applied. All our fabrics can be customized with various combinations of treatments and finishes to meet your exact requirements.

What is the difference between greige, PFD, and RFD fabric?
Greige is unfinished loom-state fabric. PFD and RFD have been pretreated so they can proceed to dyeing with little or no additional preparation.
What is regenerated polyester and why should I choose it?
Regenerated polyester is made from recycled PET bottles, offering the same quality as virgin polyester while reducing environmental impact. GRS certified.
What is satin stripe fabric?
Satin stripe is a woven look: satin-float bands next to a plainer ground, usually the same colour. It is not a print and not yarn-dye unless you also specify those routes.
What is dobby fabric?
Small geometric figures woven in on a dobby loom—not print. Motif, repeat, fiber, GSM, and width go on the RFQ.
What is satin weave fabric?
Long-float weave with a smooth lustrous face. Ratio, fiber, GSM, and width define the program—not the word satin.
Do you weave lyocell or Tencel™ fabric?
No—lyocell is wood-pulp fiber needing solvent spinning. Microfiber or peachskin polyester covers the drape brief.
