We use disperse dyes applied via rotary screen machinery—disperse dyes bond chemically with polyester fibers at high temperature for durable color, while rotary screens enable high-speed continuous production. This combination delivers Grade 3-4 color fastness with excellent repeatability, ideal for bulk orders of 5,000 meters or more.
