Seamless Panels · Wide-Width Polyester up to 330 cm

Seamless panels start on the loom—not in sewing

Large panels make width a commercial decision. We weave 100% polyester greige 160–330 cm in one piece on 650+ waterjet looms. King bedding and railroaded curtains ship without a center join buyers notice.

  • One-piece greige 160–330 cm for seam-free cutting plans
  • Plain and twill, 55–120 g/m² greige—built for home-textile volume
  • Bedding and curtain panel programs on a production lane—not a special order
Industrial production environment

Program specs we quote against

Share target cutting width, panel size, or curtain drop—we work backward to greige width, weave, and GSM. Finishing shrinks width slightly, so greige and finished widths are planned together.

Width is customizable within the range. Plan greige from finished cutting width plus finishing shrinkage; Weaverine confirms loom setup at quoting for mill-direct wide-width programs.

Is wide-width the right call for your line?

1

Wide-width wins when

The finished product is a large panel and a center seam would hurt appearance, quality perception, or make-up cost.

  • King and queen bedding needs seamless cut from a single width
  • Curtains are railroaded so fabric width becomes the drop
  • You want fewer joins—less sewing labor and less fabric waste
2

Standard width is fine when

The end product never needs the extra span, or downstream equipment cannot handle the width.

  • Small cuts: pillowcases, cushions, accessories
  • Print, finish, or sewing lines max out below wide widths
  • An existing program is already engineered around a standard width

330 cm is capacity—not a one-off favor.

Most mills stop at standard widths. Far fewer run 330 cm greige as a repeat lane. We cover 160–330 cm on our waterjets so wide-width is something you plan against—with 650+ looms and 200,000+ m/day behind it.

01

King bedding without the center seam

A king flat sheet or duvet cover needs roughly 280 cm of usable width. Below that, factories seam two pieces down the middle—buyers and end customers both notice.

02

Full-drop curtains from one width

Railroading turns loom width into curtain drop. 330 cm greige covers floor-to-ceiling drops on most residential and hotel projects without horizontal joins.

03

Fewer joins, lower make-up cost

Every eliminated seam removes a sewing step, a matching step, and a failure point. On volume bedding and contract curtain programs, that compounds into real cost and quality.

Why brands shortlist us for wide-width

True woven width, documented

Width woven in one piece on a wide loom—not joined or stretched. We quote greige width and usable width inside the selvedges so your marker is real.

Greige-to-finished width planning

Dyeing and finishing shrink width: 330 cm greige typically finishes around 315 cm. We work backward from your cutting marker to the greige spec.

Edge-to-edge consistency checks

Wide looms expose tension issues. Review GSM and shade consistency from selvedge to selvedge on samples and bulk—not center-only swatches.

Weaving + finishing in one chain

Carry wide greige through dye, print, and functional finish at the mill so width never leaves one production chain—or confirm your partner can handle the span.
